A new school year is upon us and exciting music is coming with it! This Fall, our middle school students will have opportunities to participate in concert band, jazz band, modern band, choir, and music in media courses. Students in 3rd - 5th grade should be on the look out for sign ups for the after school Intermediate Choir which will be meeting twice a week. 4th and 5th grade students should also be looking out for the opportunity to sign up for beginning band. 10/3/2024 Wow. what a quick start to the new school year! Our primary classes are back into their routines, singing games, and starting to sight sing and work on percussion instruments! Our 3rd-5th graders are hard at work learning through our Modern Band program where they will be playing writing, and listening to all kinds of music from the modern band world. Our Middle school students are making digital music through our music in media course, putting together bands in modern band, and they're diving into new music in band and choir! We're excited to start preparing public performances coming later this school year! |
